As a vendor with the Colorado Department of Insurance, WDC provides trusted, culturally responsive support to help community members understand their coverage options and access care with confidence.
We help individuals explore available plans and connect them to certified Connect for Health Colorado Assisters when they need enrollment support, ensuring they receive accurate guidance and complete their applications successfully. We also connect people to healthcare and mental health providers who can support their ongoing well-being.
