WDC Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for a WDC Membership, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with registration.

2. Membership Levels & Benefits

WDC offers multiple membership tiers, each with varying levels of access to programs, mentorship, resources, and events.

  • Free Member ($0/month) – Newsletter, limited access to resources
  • Basic Member ($9.99/month or $99/year) – Directory access, general mentorship, and training
  • Pro Member ($19.99/month or $199/year) – Advanced mentorship, funding support, and specialized workshops
  • Elite Member ($49.99/month or $499/year) – VIP networking events, personalized coaching, and premium resources
  • Youth Member (Under 18) ($4.99/month or $49/year) – Youth mentorship, business training, and summer camp priority
  • Mentor Membership ($9.99/month or $99/year) – Access to mentor directory, training, and networking
  • Business Sponsor ($99.99/month or $999/year) – Business listing, promotional features, and sponsorship perks

Membership benefits are subject to change at WDC’s discretion.

3. Payment & Billing

  • All paid memberships require a valid payment method.
  • Payments are processed automatically on a monthly or annual basis.
  • You agree to allow WDC to auto-renew your subscription unless canceled.
  • WDC is not responsible for any bank or payment processor fees incurred.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Refund Policy:
    • Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once billed.
    • Annual memberships may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no benefits have been used.
    • After 7 days, refunds are not available.
  • WDC reserves the right to terminate a membership due to violations of these Terms.

5. Member Conduct & Community Guidelines

As a WDC Member, you agree to:
✅ Engage respectfully with mentors, participants, and community members.
✅ Follow all program guidelines when participating in WDC events.
✅ Not misuse WDC resources, content, or brand materials.
✅ Not engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of membership.

6. Privacy Policy & Data Usage

By becoming a member, you agree to WDC’s Privacy Policy. We collect and store personal information for the purpose of membership management, program updates, and marketing communications.
